Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have the inflatable for?

The rental period is the length of your event. we generally deliver 60 minutes before your event and pick up 30-60 minutes after. If you want the inflatable longer, accommodations can be made with reason. Just ask us!

Are there any hidden fees or taxes?

No. No taxes and no fees. The only extra charge may be delivery.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes we require a $40 cleaning fee deposit. This deposit is to be paid in full upon delivery.

When do you deliver the inflatable?

The inflatable is generally delivered 45-60 minutes before your event. However, times are flexible.

Do you deliver, set up and take down the inflatable?

Yes. We do this for two reasons. It's less work for you as a host on a busy day and because we know the inflatable has been safely set up.

Do you stay during the event?

No we do not.

What is the delivery rate to my area?

The following are averages. Your rate will be calculated during the booking process. Niagara Falls $20-35, St. Catharines $5-$30, Thorold $15-25, Welland $30-$45. Please contact us to get a precise delivery quote.

Is there an age limit for kids using the inflatable?

Kids up to approximately 10 years old can enjoy the inflatable.

Where should the inflatable be setup?

Our inflatables must be set up on a grass lawn. Front or back yards are fine.

Do you rent for events on commercial or public property?

No. We only rent to private residential events.

Do you accept credit cards or cheques?

No. We currently accept cash only.

What if it rains during my rental?

You can cancel your rental the day of your event. We just ask that you let us know before we leave for delivery. We don't want you to waste your money renting an inflatable if it rains!

What is your weather policy?

Direct from our waiver: Kangaroo Hop Inflatables reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather condition. You will receive a full refund if we cancel due to weather or if you cancel due to weather before we arrive for delivery. There will be no refunds or reductions in price due to foul weather once the unit is picked up or dropped off. A 72 hour notification of cancellation is required, except due to weather conditions.
